For the past 10+ years, I have been developing my skillset in the world of IT and software, I drive successful products and workflows and apply business strategies to product development by always learning and adapting to the ever-evolving landscape.

I’m called upon to deliver product roadmaps and strategies that quickly and effectively bring your product to market.

I’m an avid learner and self-starter with a passion for building products, crafting engaging visions, and making the development team an integral part of the product lifecycle is key to an effective team, and the key to a successful product is an effective team.

I’m originally from a small village in Sweden but I have for the past 9 years lived in Tallinn, Estonia. I’m a big fan of sports, both engaging in sports and viewing sports such as Football, Cycling, Ice Hockey, and Disc Golf.

I focus a lot on Personal development and learning and have dubbed 2024 my year of learning where I will spend a minimum of 180 minutes of learning per week. At the moment of writing this, I’m sitting on a 113-day learning streak, where my main focus has been on learning Python.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2019 - 2024

Product & Project manager | Mooncascade

At Mooncascade my main objectives are to deliver products that encapsulate the client’s vision and craft realistic and effective plans for how to reach the target deadlines.

Bringing in new clients through sales as a sales engineer
Running Scrum or other forms of agile development teams as Product Owner and team leader.
Crafting compelling user stories and breaking them down into development tasks
Every project is different and my role is very dynamic and changes based on the objectives of the individual client.

Over the years I have had a range of projects in a range of markets and industries, but had a main focus on fintechs. Below I have listed some but not all (as the list would get looong) relevant projects that have been essential to my development as a Product Owner.

Mooncascade Project

Project & Product Manager | LHV Bank - Mobile App

Managing the product and the product input streams from compliance to payments and everything in between.
Planning and developing a brand-new consumer-facing native iOS and Android banking application.
Leading a team of 5 engineers with a complex client ecosystem of existing teams and products.
Engaging team ownership by giving the team ownership of their processes and workflows.
Driving development and creating compelling user stories in accordance to product goals
